I had never used Renaissance before today. The experience was amazing! I had purchased a new dryer only to find out that the outlet required did not meet what the previous dryer had been using. I called the company and the electrician Eric answered the phone. The stars must have aligned because he was in the area and a he had scheduled job was cancelled! We discussed what I needed and I texted him the pictures he requested. Less than an hour later Eric arrived, explained why I needed a new dryer outlet and quoted my a fair price. Eric completed the work both quickly and of high quality. My wife and I are both pleased and will only be using Renaissance in the future.
