Renaissance Electric & Power Systems stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We proudly provide the following Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
- All workmanship performed by Renaissance Electric & Power Systems is warranted for the lifetime of the original installation.
- Any failure resulting directly from our installation or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the original customer.
- Warranty service includes labor and workmanship-related materials necessary to correct covered defects.
2. Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Electrical equipment and materials are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product.
- We will assist the customer with manufacturer warranty claims whenever possible.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by lightning, flooding, fire, storms, or other acts of God.
- Damage caused by power surges originating from the utility.
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper operation.
- Work modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Renaissance Electric & Power Systems.
- Failures caused by existing wiring or equipment not installed by our company.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by rodents, insects, water intrusion, corrosion, or environmental conditions.
- Customer-supplied equipment unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Warranty Conditions
- The warranty applies only to the original customer at the original installation address.
- The warranty becomes void if the installed equipment has been tampered with, altered, or serviced by another contractor without prior authorization.
- Renaissance Electric & Power Systems reserves the right to inspect any reported warranty issue before authorizing repairs or replacement.
- Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship and does not include incidental, consequential, or secondary damages.
Our goal is to perform every installation to the highest professional standards. If a workmanship issue ever arises, we’ll make it right.
