Most outdoor light problems start at the box. Every fixture we mount outside goes on a weatherproof box rated for wet locations, with sealed entries so water can't run down the wire into the wall.

Motion sensor lighting works best when the sensor watches the path people actually walk, not the street or a tree that moves in the wind. We set range, sensitivity and time on each one.

Usually a worn sensor, wrong sensitivity setting or a bad photocell. We adjust it or replace the fixture.

Can you put a motion sensor on my existing light?

Often, yes, or we swap in a motion fixture.

Are LED floodlights bright enough?

Yes. LED floods are bright, run cool and last far longer than old halogen floods.

Can I control outdoor lights from my phone?

Yes. We install smart switches and timers that let you schedule lights or turn them on from anywhere.

Do you run power to a detached garage?

Yes. We trench and run a feed, then add lights and outlets inside and out.

Do I need a permit for security lighting?

Replacing a fixture usually doesn't. New circuits and yard or garage feeds do, and we pull that permit and schedule the inspection.

What if my outdoor box is loose or water got in?

We replace it with a weatherproof box, seal it and check the wire for damage.
